Unsent Message To Isabella

If you’re reading this, it’s too late. I’m sorry for what I’ve done.

What prompted you to send a message to Isabella

I was scrolling through my Facebook feed when I saw a post from Isabella. She was selling some jewelry she had just made and I was intrigued. I clicked on her page and started looking around. I saw that she also did custom orders and I knew I had to have one of her pieces.

I sent her a message telling her what I wanted and she got back to me right away. We worked out the details and I ended up with the most beautiful necklace I’ve ever seen. It’s so unique and special, and I get compliments on it all the time.

I’m so glad I reached out to Isabella – her jewelry is truly one of a kind. If you’re ever looking for something special, be sure to check her out!

What did you want to say in the message

I wanted to say that blogs are a great way to get your thoughts and feelings out there without having to worry about what other people think. You can be yourself and say what you want without judgement.

Why didn’t you send the message

I’m sorry I didn’t send the message. I was busy and I forgot.

Do you regret not sending the message

I’m not sure what you’re asking.

How do you think Isabella would have reacted to the message

Isabella would have been surprised by the message, but would have trusted the person who sent it.

What would have happened if you had sent the message

If you had sent the message, it would have been delivered instantly to the recipient. However, because you didn’t send it, the message was never received.

Would Isabella have responded to the message

If Isabella had received the message, she would have responded with a resounding “yes!” She would have been thrilled to receive an invite to such a prestigious event and would have been honored to be able to attend. She would have been excited to meet new people and to see all the different sights that the city has to offer.

What would you say to Isabella now if you could

-I’m sorry for what happened. I know it wasn’t your fault and I know that you didn’t deserve any of it.
-I wish I could have been there for you, I wish I could have done something to help.
-I know that you’re strong, you’re so much stronger than I could ever hope to be.
-You’re going to get through this, I know you are. You’re going to make it through because you’re just that amazing.
-I love you, I miss you.

Have you ever sent an unsent message to anyone else

We’ve all been there. You’re typing away at a message and then, for whatever reason, you decide not to send it. Maybe you’re not ready to face the person on the other end just yet. Maybe you’ve had a change of heart. Maybe you’ve realized that the message is just too darn long and you don’t want to subject the other person to that kind of torture. Whatever the reason, we’ve all hit the “unsend” button at one point or another.

But what happens to those unsent messages? Do they just disappear into the ether, never to be seen or heard from again? Or do they linger out there in the universe, haunting us with what could have been?

It turns out that most unsent messages don’t actually go anywhere. They just sit in your outbox until you either send them or delete them. So if you’re ever feeling tempted to hit unsend, just remember that there’s a good chance that your message will stick around until you’re ready to deal with it.

What made you decide to finally send the message (or not)

I was scrolling through my Facebook feed when I saw a post from my old high school friend. We hadn’t talked in years, but I decided to send her a message. I told her about my life and asked about hers. She responded quickly and we had a great conversation. I’m glad I finally sent the message.
